The University Library begins extended hours next week for finals.

HR WELCOME CENTER

Help with human resources needs will be available at the UIC HR Welcome Center, opening Dec. 1 in 109 Human Resources Building. For assistance, stop by or call 996-0840.

EXTENDED LIBRARY HOURS

The University Library begins extended hours next week for finals.

The Daley Library will be open from 10 a.m. Nov. 29 through 7 p.m. Dec. 11. Only patrons with i-cards may enter the building from 9 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.

The Library of the Health Sciences will have extended hours Dec. 6 through Dec. 17: 9 a.m.-2 a.m. Sundays, 7 a.m.-2 a.m. Mondays-Thursdays, 7 a.m.-midnight Fridays, and 9 a.m.-midnight Saturdays.

HULL-HOUSE TOURS

Jane Addams Hull-House Museum is hosting hour-long tours with an architectural focus at 1 p.m. Wednesdays and Sundays through Jan. 3 for the Chicago Architectural Biennial.

Visitors will learn about neighborhood conditions in the Near West Side at the turn of the century, including life in tenements and sweatshops,and the work of the Hull-House settlement.
