Principles and techniques of handling conflict effectively. Participants will learn through demonstrations, exercises, activities and role-playing. Topics include are experiences of conflict, how and why conflict arises, identification of individual conflict styles, interest-based communication and techniques to effectively explore and express within a conflict situation.
