Please join Professor Hugh Mundy and Professor Steven D. Schwinn, the 2022-2023 Edward T. and Noble W. Lee Chairs, in a conversation to discuss “New Solutions to Old Constitutional Problems,” which highlights the results of their individual research.
Professor Mundy’s work focuses on the Fourth Amendment; Professor Schwinn’s work focuses on the separation of powers. Together they’ll explore how we can address these age-old constitutional issues with new approaches.
