Flames Homecoming

Presented by the Student Activities Board and the Center for Student Involvement, the Flames Homecoming 2016 week combines spirit week activities with a homecoming dance.

Students can buy tickets for $10 at the UIC Bookstore through Feb. 19; no tickets will be sold at Navy Pier for the day of the event. Groups of four or more get a $2 discount for each ticket purchased. One guest per ID is accepted; tickets for guests are also $10. Alumni can purchase tickets from $11.54-$22.09 online.

Feb. 13 

Greek Homecoming and Variety Show Fire P.I.T.

The variety show organized by the UIC Greek community will feature strolling, stepping, saluting, singing and skits.

Greek Alumni Reception, 4–5:30 p.m., East Terrace, SCE

Variety Show, 6–8 p.m., Illinois Room, SCE

 

Feb. 13–14 

Paint the Windows

Decorate windows on campus. Student organizations whose decorations are the most creative or have the most school spirit will win prizes. Sponsored by the Student Leadership and Volunteer Services. Contact sldvs@uic.edu for more information.

Feb. 15

Homecoming Kick-Off Bash

Sparky, the UIC cheer and dance teams and the UIC Pep Band will pump students up with games, music and a march across campus. Bring a used T-shirt with another university logo to participate in a T-shirt exchange. Sponsored by SAB. Contact uicsab@gmail.com with questions.

UICares Homecoming Service Project

Flames Bowling

Hustle Up UH
