FREE – Business Process Improvement Process Mapping Skills Training Class

The Business Process Improvement Shared Service will host BPI Process Mapping Skills Training from 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on February 12, 2019 (Tuesday) in the Administrative Office Building (AOB) Basement-Level Training Room 11A, 1737 Polk Street, West Campus. You may park at the Paulina Street parking structure. Training is open to all faculty and staff members and is FREE.

In this training course, you will learn to map your business processes using process maps to develop an understanding of the work you perform. If a picture says a thousand words, what value would you put on the picture?  Learn how to create a picture of your business process to communicate to your team how your business workflows.  Learn about the different types of process maps, the tools used to process map, and how to create a map of your business process.

Class starts promptly at 12:30 p.m. so please arrive early. You may bring your lunch.

You will be charged a $125 cancellation fee under the following circumstances:

  • Canceling on or less than two full business days prior to the training session
  • Not attending the session
