Free flu shots

Free seasonal flu shots for eligible state employees and retirees. State of Illinois employees and retirees enrolled in either the Quality Care Health Plan or state-sponsored managed care plans (HMO or OAP) are eligible to receive the seasonal flu shot. Bring insurance card and i-card or state ID/driver’s license. Sponsored by the UIC College of Pharmacy and the University Payroll and Benefits office, in partnership with the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services.
