Let’s Talk About “The Odyssey”!

We’re bringing the lively debate about “The Odyssey” — the book and Nolan’s film adaptation — to campus. A panel, including scholars of race in the ancient Mediterranean, Greek myth in modern popular culture, Renaissance narrative and Nolan’s filmography, will open with a discussion of the film’s choices and its impact on modern popular culture.
