Second City Anthropology Conference

Date / Time

March 10, 2018

9:00 am - 6:00 pm

The Second City Anthropology Conference is a multi-discipline conference for graduate students and undergraduates that looks to explore the big issues and questions of human culture and history. This year’s theme is Anthropology and the Anthropocene: Models of Practice in Spaces of Change, and it looks to examine how we got to the present state in human history. Scholars from all fields are welcome to participate whose research provides insights on how humans have shaped their physical, social, and/or cultural environments.

The conference is free and is a great venue for young scholars to share their research with peers from other institutions and gain insights from other fields. For submission and registration information, visit the conference website.
