Feeling the pressure of classes and deadlines? We have you covered! Join us at De-Stress Fest at the Sport & Fitness Center for an afternoon dedicated to helping you unwind, recharge and find your calm.

  • Free chair massages: Say goodbye to muscle tension and hello to relaxation.
  • Guided meditation: Quiet your mind, refocus and breathe your stress away.
  • Zumba: Dance it out. Boost those endorphins while having fun!
  • Tai chi: Flow through gentle movements that calm your mind and body.
  • Candlelight yoga: Stretch, breathe and relax in a warm, peaceful glow.
  • DIY granola: Make your own granola mix with Sodexo.
  • Hair braiding: Get your hair braided by Paul Mitchell staff!
  • Face masks: Get a face mask or eye patches to unwind now or later, while supplies last.
  • Coloring station: Relieve your stress with coloring and drawing.
  • Tea time: Enjoy tea and refreshing spa water.
