Join constitutional law expert Professor Steven D. Schwinn and members of the UIC Law faculty, including Associate Dean Acevedo and Professors McMurtry-Chubb, Ricardo, and Wojcik, for a review of the Supreme Court’s latest Term, and a preview of the upcoming Term. We’ll discuss highlights from the Court’s last Term, including blockbuster cases on civil rights, the separation of powers, executive authority, and more. And we’ll look ahead to critical cases in the Court’s upcoming Term, which starts on Monday, October 5, while also discussing Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s legacy and what the vacancy means for the Court going forward.
