Vinyl Cutter Demo – UIC Library Digital Scholarship Hub

Join us at the Richard J. Daley Library, Digital Scholarship Hub (1st Floor), Room 1-461 on Thurs., Sept. 30 at 2 p.m. for a tour of the Hub facility and learn to use the vinyl cutter that is available to all UIC students, faculty and staff.

Vinyl Cutter – Roland GS-24
Through the use of computers and computer-created images, vinyl cutters use a computer-controlled blade to cut out shapes in sheets of self-adhesive plastic (vinyl).

Please note: Capacity is limited inside the Hub and demo will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. UIC community members only. Green Healthcheck and masks required for entry.
