UIC’s Nathaniel Tran near the School of Public Health

Nathaniel Tran is an assistant professor of health policy and administration at UIC’s School of Public Health. Their research focuses on improving our understanding of how public policies impact LGBTQ+ people’s health and well-being.

Through partnerships with government agencies, nonprofit organizations and health systems, Tran helps decision-makers adopt and revise policies to ensure that LGBTQ+ populations have the resources they need to thrive.
