Police find no evidence of reported robbery

A Chicago Police investigation, with support from UIC Police, has revealed that a strong-armed robbery reported on campus Feb. 20 did not occur.

The report originally stated that a person not affiliated with UIC was robbed between 6-7 p.m. Feb. 19 in UIC Parking Lot E, 820 S. Paulina St., but further investigation of video footage from the parking lot showed no evidence of a crime.
