Second round of midterms

We are at the point in the semester where we take the next phase of midterms. I have my second midterm for my Math 125 course Friday. I am a little anxious to get to  Friday because I will be able to improve my grade if I study hard and pass this exam, which is my No. 1 priority at this point in my life. I have to redeem myself from the first exam. The instructor already designated this week for review.

My plan is to look over the chapters that the instructor has already taught and review for myself so I can have questions prepared that I am having trouble with to ask during my discussion section. I will also use the previous test and quizzes to see where I misunderstood what was being taught.

It really helps that I have written good notes during the semester. It feels good to know that I can use my notes along with practice from my math lab, to prepare myself for this exam. I will also be utilizing the math tutoring center to get additional help. As you can see, I am determined to pass this exam.

The great thing about the second exam is that you can make up for the first exam. You don’t have to give up on the semester because you didn’t do well on your first exam. I just use the first exam as motivation to do better on the next exam.
