UIC to Lead MacArthur-Funded Study of Cities’ Fiscal HealthThe University of Illinois at Chicago has received a three-year, $950,000 grant from the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation to lead a joint study of city governments’ responses to the Great Recession.
