Contact your Primary Care Physician. If you do not have a Primary Care Physician, please contact Student Health (815-395-5870). If you are experiencing trouble breathing, chest pain that won't go away, confusion, or trouble talking, please call 911 and seek emergency medical care immediately. Monday-Friday between 7:00 AM and 3:30 PM please call the University Health Services COVID-19 Hotline (312-996-6250) to report that you are experiencing the symptoms you listed above within 72 hours of receiving a COVID-19 vaccine.
