Updated VoiceThread setup page

A new and improved activity setup page is coming. The activity setup page is what appears first when you build a VoiceThread activity in your learning management system.

There is nothing you need to do to convert or prepare. The new page will start appearing for any newly created activities starting Feb. 26. The setup page will continue to work as it always has, but it has an updated look and feel.
