Lessons From Abroad Conference

The annual Lessons From Abroad Conference, hosted by the University of Illinois Chicago on Saturday, Feb. 3, from 9 a.m.-3 p.m., is a collaboration among regional study abroad offices and program providers with the goal of addressing the professional and academic needs of recently returned study abroad alumni. We truly believe this conference will give our returnees direction and serve as a resource as they plan their futures at home or abroad. Study abroad returnees will have the opportunity to:

• Reflect on their recent international experiences.
• Network with professionals from international organizations.
• Discover internationally themed career or continuing education opportunities.
• Connect with other study abroad students.

This is a ticketed event, but UIC Study Abroad is sponsoring up to 20 students to attend for free. Email ateren4@uic.edu by Jan. 19 to claim your ticket.
