Hunger & Health Illinois Regional Summit

One in 10 people in Illinois struggle with food insecurity daily, according to Feeding America. When families are hungry, making the healthy choice is not always the easy choice. The Hunger and Health Illinois Conference aims to promote collaboration among local, public and regional organizations working together to address nutrition insecurity and its impact on health.

At registration you can choose  two sessions to attend:

• Food as Medicine.
• Pantries of the Future.
• Creating a Community of Belonging.
• Improving Health Equity by Addressing Food Access.

Cost is $10; fee waivers available. Lunch included.
