New Student Convocation and Welcome Picnic

The UIC Convocation officially welcomes new students (including transfers and international students) and their families/guests to the UIC community. The Chancellor’s New Student Welcome Picnic follows the event at 4:30 p.m., including food, entertainment and an opportunity for new students and their families to meet faculty, staff and administrators and to reconnect with their summer orientation leaders and academic advisors.
