East Meets West
Janet Lin, associate professor of emergency medicine, developed a community-based training program to prepare the resource-poor nation for future health hazards and disasters. She’s collaborating with Nancy Harvey, executive director of the Institute for Entrepreneurial Studies, to develop a sustainable business plan for expanding the training.
East Meets West is a collaboration of Provost Susan Poser and Vice Chancellor of Health Affairs Robert Barish.
