With the overturn of Roe v. Wade, this case will have an effect on so many LGBTQ+ lives and will set the precedent for other Supreme Court cases moving forward. This panel and discussion will showcase both the law and the theory. We will also engage in dialogue to move from theory to action. UIC Law Professors Kim Ricardo, Mark E. Wojcik, and Program Manager at the Chicago Abortion Fund Meghan Daniel will provide their insight on what these decisions entail and where to go from here.
