“Bridging the Gap: Emerging Health Issues in Underrepresented Minorities,” a symposium for clinicians, health care leaders and researchers to raise awareness of disparities in minority health care and emerging treatment options.
The conference also aims to recruit and support underrepresented racial/ethnic minority students in the health professions.
More than 100 undergraduates interested in the health professions will attend the conference. This year marks the 10th anniversary of the Bridging the Gap symposiums.
