Connecting Riders: Pace Contracts with Rideshare Services to Strengthen First/Last-Mile Connections

The third UTC Seminar Series online presentation of Fall 2023 will feature insight on Pace Connect, a new late-night ride hailing service that helps residents make critical first- and last-mile connections near regional transit hubs by the O’Hare International Airport cargo area and south suburban Harvey.

Steven Andrews, community relations manager for Pace Suburban Bus, will share insights about Pace Connect and the agency’s Pulse service. He will discuss this latest innovation from Pace, how it complements Pace’s family of service and why it helps meet riders’ post-pandemic travel needs.
