In this series, you will learn about diabetes, its impact on the body and the importance of keeping it under control. You will learn ways to help manage diabetes through healthy eating and will also be able to view a live virtual cooking demo. The recipe will be provided prior to Session 3.

Session 1 – ABC’s of Diabetes: A1C, Blood Pressure, and Cholesterol

Participants will view a live cooking demonstration.
