East Asian Humanties and Culture Talk Series: Learning through K-pop

You are cordially invited to our East Asian Humanities and Culture Talk Series. We are delighted to feature Hanae Kim, PhD, for her insightful talk, “Learn through K-pop” on Wednesday, Nov. 6. Kim will present key findings from two studies conducted between 2018 and 2021, which explore how fans of Korean popular culture, particularly K-pop, engage with and deepen their understanding of Korean culture, history and language through their fandom.
