Electoral Institute of Mexico / Vote from Abroad: How does it work? Why is it important?

One of the main objectives of the Electoral Institute of Mexico City (IECM) is to maintain a permanent link with citizens residing abroad to strengthen democracy. Specifically, the IECM would like to meet students and academics, and staff interested in:

  • Voting from Abroad:  How does it work?  Why is it important?
  • The election of Deputies to represent the Mexican immigrant community in their home states.
  • A consultation with Mexican girls, boys, and adolescents about their life in the U.S.

Join Yuri Gabriel Beltrán Miranda, a representative from Mexico City Electoral Board in this presentation and dialogue.
