‘Gift Giving On A Budget: Upcycled T-shirt Scarves’

Get crafty and give back. Learn how to make scarves from upcycled t-shirts. Make one for a community organization that serves women and another for yourself. Bring a few old t-shirts; the rest of the supplies will be provided. Instruction begins every half hour.
