Noche de Cine: Movie Night

Come relax at our “Noche de Cine” event to watch the movie “Walkout,” which depicts the hardships and inequalities experienced by high school students in East L.A. and sheds light on the significance of the Chicanx Movement. We will be providing snacks, but you are welcome to bring your own snack and blanket. The event will take place Thursday, Sept. 22, at University Hall Lawn from 7-9 p.m.. The event will take place outside, so dress for the weather. Part of UIC LatinX Heritage Month events.
