The Jane Addams Center for Social Policy and Research will host a “Permanent Punishments Forum” to discuss efforts to automate the expungement and sealing of criminal records. The event will be conducted in conjunction with the Illinois Coalition to End Permanent Punishments. Registration will begin at 9 a.m. Parking is provided at 1100 W. Harrison St.
