The UIC Global Health Colloquium is a lecture series co-sponsored by the College of Medicine, College of Nursing, School of Public Health, College of Applied Health Sciences, College of Pharmacy, College of Dentistry and Jane Addams College of Social Work.
Please join us for the December Global Health Colloquium featuring a panel of volunteer medical and public health students, city officials and migrant patients. The panel will be discussing their experiences navigating the city’s resources in the current migrant crisis. Lessons shared from this panel can inform the city’s approach to supporting both future influxes of migrant populations and the growing unhoused population. All UIC students, faculty and staff are encouraged to attend.
