UIC College of Nursing Yoga will be held every Tuesday from Jan. 9 to April 30.
The total cost to attend all sessions is $70. The cost will be prorated for anyone who signs up after Jan. 9.
Attendees should bring a yoga mat. Yoga blocks and strap are helpful also.
