Antonie Boessenkool, Senior Copy Editor and Writer

Antonie has 20 years of experience in journalism in Washington, D.C., and across California, covering business, arts and entertainment and education. Before joining Strategic Marketing and Communications in January 2024, she was the features editor for a daily newspaper in the San Francisco Bay Area, where she led coverage of dining, wine, arts and music. Antonie grew up Michigan and has a bachelor’s degree in English from Kalamazoo College and a master’s degree in journalism from American University in Washington, D.C.
