Dr. Jerry Krishnan

Dr. Jerry Krishnan, professor of medicine and public health and associate vice chancellor for population health sciences, is a physician-scientist with expertise in the care of patients with asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and lung complications of COVID-19, including long COVID-19.

He is a principal investigator of studies funded by the National Institutes of Health, the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute, and the American Lung Association about how to prevent and treat lung disease. He is an expert in developing real-world evidence to guide patient care and health policy for people with chronic lung disease.
