The Department of Medical Education offers master’s degree, doctorate and graduate certificate programs in HPE. Designed for health professionals who are interested in education and seek additional leadership and scholarship skills to advance their careers, the programs welcome students from diverse fields at various career stages, from in-training to late career.

Situated in one of the first and largest medical education departments in the world, students and alums join a tradition of excellence going back more than 65 years. The University of Illinois College of Medicine is globally recognized as a leader in HPE. Students will learn from and be mentored by world-renowned faculty.
