The Research Informatics Core will host an Introduction to Bioinformatics workshop from June 24-28.Topics include:
- Introduction to R.
- Introduction to Linux/HPC.
- Introduction to RNA-seq.
- Introduction to Next-Generation Sequencing data analysis.
- Introduction to Metagenomics.
Registration for the workshop will open in early April.
