UIC Certificate in Nonprofit Management: May courses

New courses for UIC’s Certificate in Nonprofit Management are open for registration. The following online classes begin Thursday, May 1, and run through Wednesday, June 4.

• Building Beneficial Donor Relationships That Last: Understand how to attract and cultivate the four current generations of donors to build a sustainable donor base for your organization.

• Marketing Management: Learn how to develop a strong brand and image to effectively communicate and position organizational messages to the media and public at large, and to defend against threats to reputation.

• Nonprofits Today: Understanding the Changing Landscape: Learn about the broad range of institutions that occupy the social space between the market and the state and what holds them together.

Dates: May 1-June 4 (five weeks)

Location: Online

Fee: $550 or $515 for University of Illinois alums, employees or current degree-seeking students

Registration deadline: April 24 at noon.

These courses count toward UIC’s Certificate in Nonprofit Management.
