UIC, Juarez Academy host college workshop

MAP grant illustrationThe University of Illinois at Chicago and Benito Juarez Community Academy will host a bilingual financial aid and admissions workshop for families and students. The event is free and open to the public.

DETAILS:

UIC, in partnership with Benito Juarez Community Academy, will present a three-session informational event to provide guidance and support related to the college admissions and financial aid process.

The sessions, which will be offered in English and Spanish, are as follows:

  • 6 – 7 p.m.: Admissions/Financial Aid Overview
  • 7 – 8 p.m.: College Planning 101 (For all audiences)
  • 7 – 8:30 p.m.: Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) Completion Workshop (For high school seniors and family only)
