We can do it
Spring break is over. It always goes by way too quickly. Although it seemed more like winter break than spring break since it snowed. I still can’t believe that we get snow during spring nreak. One of the joys or woes of living in Chicago!
After a week off from school, it can be hard to get back into the daily grind of homework, studying, and essays. So, here are some tips to help!
- Make a schedule. Whether you use a planner or just your notebook, write everything down. Write down your assignments and their due dates and any appointments that you have.
- Go to sleep at a decent time. No, 3 a.m. is not a decent time. It will help your body adjust back to a regular schedule.
- Check in with your professors or TAs. Be sure to utilize their office hours if you have any questions about assignments or the upcoming finals.
- Schedule in some me time. The first week back can be a little bit hectic because that is usually when most assignment s are due. So, make sure you take a little break for yourself and relax a little bit.
The first week back will be over with before you know it and another weekend will arrive. The semester is almost over. We can make it!
